I think he definitely should have been suspended by the MRP (but then again, lots of other players should have been for ref abuse as well...although this was up there with the worst). I didn't really consider a club suspension.

But for so many reasons that game he certainly showed, beyond all doubt, why he's not fit for the armband.

Has the touch of a donkey. Athletically gifted and gets into good position but no touch at all. Very poor mans Kenny Aithu. Kekeris and Murray are 10 x better. Terrible recruitment.

For me Simon and McGlinchey who are both contracted for next season have to be moved on somehow. For what they offer they are probably on way too much cash with McGlinchey also taking a visa spot. Maybe Simon can be moved onto minimum wage and the rest of his money come from a club captain / club ambassador type of community role with little expectation of any meaningful game time. We then need to carefully consider our visa spots. I think most here would like to see Tom and Jem stay but after that we really need a CB, #10 and a striker.

The GK spots are another quandary Gauci is here for another year on a scholarship - but the other two need to be replaced with players that can push each other for the no 1 shirt.

Charles William is much better prospect than Majok. Only difference is Majok has been given an actual go by Wanderers
Even Manny Peters. Give our kids a bloody real go.

If we release all three I would just sign 2 plus a new Gk coach. I always thought that BK was a good backup keeper. However he wasn't employed that way. We need two solid first choice keepers that can fight for the first spot.

2 is enough IF we bring in a quality coach like Galekovic then he can play in an emergency or just bring Munford up from Youth.

Decent re-signing. Not unhappy about it. Mulvey killed him and he’s dug deep. With a real defensive structure and shape he’ll be a consistent LB again.

With a proper back 4 he’s actually not bad and showed some attacking potential.

I hate to say it but we need someone to balance on the right back like Ryan Grant that can push forward and still get back in time. As well as a very strong centre pairing which seems unlikely.
