ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

He is just a shit ref in general.

when three coaches (Mckinna, Vidmar, Farina) have had something to say about the guy, there is something wrong.

No disagreement there, all im stating is the article is not about that

Can't you also add Kosmina to the list at least before he joined SFC. Remember he copped a ban for criticizing Breeze

I don't know if this has already been mentioned somewhere, but are we going to check again with the FFA if streamers are allowed for this match?

If they're not, everyone bring a newspaper :p  worked for the squadrunts.

We have to check with them as I think you will find that its the ffa not wanting to pay for the cleaning bill which usually the mariners covers for us.

Don't we normally pick up the bulk of the streamer rubbish anyway?  I remember doing it several times in the past.

Were they and the 4 people around them escorted out or was it an idle threat?

Shame on you DJ for deliberately commanding one of your thousands of followers on the opposite side of the pitch to disobey the orders you were given on your way in![/sarcasm]

article nmh
"There's no benefit for us in under-representing a crowd . . . we would love to have announced a record crowd, but the reality is that's the number that came through the gate."

Mark was dubious about whether fans would have been allowed entry without scanning their tickets.

"All the security staff and event staff were on radios, and if there was an entry point where people weren't scanning tickets, we would have known about it," he said.

"We'll investigate that if it warrants it, but at the moment we believe the number we reported was the correct number according to the tickets scanned."

did anyone get into EAS without having their ticket scanned??
This seco Adam Mark states that is not possible.

I entered through the southern entry just near the bridge.

Line was about 100m long . End line was moving twice as fast so I hopped on that. Security were just tearing off the tab. I was inside within a minute as were hundreds of others.

so it was the "count the crowd or miss the game" scenario. I'd have taken the fast line too.

Tickets seem to be going well:

category a  Single seats only
category b  Single seats only
mariners supporter  Alloc. Exhausted
cat b non-alcohol  Alloc. Exhausted
restricted viewing a  Single seats only
restricted viewing b  Available
cat a away team supp  Alloc. Exhausted
cat b away team supp  Alloc. Exhausted

Just wondering where the restricted view seating would be for CAT A and B, what would restrict the view?

Maybe they have designated seats near the "supporters bays" as "restricted view"? Maybe they should

IIRC the first few rows in the bottom tier along the fence are considered to be restricted view.
