Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. Although he didn't actually play the mere POSSIBILITY of him playing psyched out the scumcastle players, fans and coach from the kickoff. The threat of him coming on had scumcastle so worried they even forgot the surname of some guy named Joel. Van Egmond was so busy watching Simon all game, to see if he would stand up or go warm up, he accidentally put on an untested Korean in a critical game.
So credit where credit is due please, well done and congrats to Matty S.

That's the best I've seen us play all season. So what if Johnny missed a couple of sitters? Everybody gave absolutely everything they had.
Now, just let me at those grand final tickets!

Fox have a replay of the game on TUESDAY 12 @ 9.30am following the highlights of the weekends games. They have it down for three hours so I would assume that they will show BOTH games over that period. So again you would expect that the premiers game will be shown second possibly around 11am. It will be shown on FOX 501

It's nights like this that remind me why I'm a football fan....remind me why I put up with all the crap that comes with it and still come back the next week.
Won't even try and say anything rational about the game except that they're all heroes, and they all deserve a lot of praise.
Bloody glad, mind you, that they held on, as it was a bit like the walking wounded out there at the end.
Will be reading the injury updates over the next couple with great interest.

A win over the scum is sweet anytime, stopping them from being the first team to the gf when they had a 2-0 lead...priceless
