ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Want to bat first. Nobody wants to chase under Duckworth Lewis. Late start, reduced overs, watch for the runups for the bowlers. Full spikes all round.

It looks ridiculous at the moment from my office in Eastgardens. From my window I've got an arc from Maroubra around to Botany Bay and over to the airport, and there's an enormous sheet of steely blue sky that looks like it will dump hard at any moment.

apologies for the neck-breaking pic, but this is a view of the storm cell closing in on NSO from my work

I've walked on some pitches that look like absolute carpet and they've been overly hard or soft underfoot, or worst of all uneven, with hard lumps or uneven firmness across the park. The worst pitch I've ever walked on would've looked just like that in a photo, but had lots of lumps in the soil that made it feel like there were cobblestones underfoot...

Try wearing boots....

This is the worst coverage of an a-league game ever. I hope NSO never hosts another HAL game. f**king joke! :soapbox:

Losing transmission & blaming a storm that happened 3 hrs earlier is just a joke.

There is just no atmosphere at the game, it`s like the game in Mudgee.
Apart from that we`re not doing to bad.
Fitzy is having a go & Neil seem to have Barbourouses under control.
Good to see Matty back but he`s lacking his touch at the moment.

Strebre Delovski needs to pick his game up too.
Ljier should have had a second slice of cheese & Barbououses should have also had a slice following his infringement on the freekick.

Simon scuffling with Coe, good stuff that lifts a team.

Leijer should have got a second yellow. Clearly left his foot in, we would have been through on goal.

The boys are definitely in this, ladder position be damned.
