with several roster spots available, a decent chunk of cap money to spend, a DDS saga and a random possible Bot trial -
it has been a very quiet few weeks/month in terms of anything actually happening.
Bought a couple of youth/NPL/ex-players and that's it.
MUST be on the cusp of some exciting signing news. If not we're in for a seriously underwhelming season

Yep definitely agree, getting more and more worrying.
There must be something in the works but also something holding it all back.
I know we are a couple months away but it’d be nice to have atleast 22players for the majority of pre season to be raring to go. Especially the crucial visa spots get them here, settled in and fit.

I’m not concerned yet, still a lot to do for most clubs. Happy to wait for good recruits as long as they eventually come which I believe they will.

I have to admit that of August is the big month for us, we're staring down the barrel of more of the same. I mentioned two months ago that I was chin deemed that we were headed for another preseason with late panic signings at the last minute. That's bad enough in itself bit of we see them again it'll potentially be via signings to. This is starting to feel very shaky I think :-(

He’s finally abit too old now I reckon, full retirement could be imminent. He was just watching a mate that plays for Avoca, he was here doing something promotional otherwise (I think)
We need our main striker to be late 20s/early 30s. Although Timmy does fit the determined fighter attitude.
