ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Just thinking about the Bolt situation in the context that we won't be signing any quality imports for the next two months.

We have used three visa sports already and have room for one more.

Logically we would be holding the spot open for Bolt (if he comes here to trial).

Pretty sure it is four visa spots not five.
There was talk of 4+1 coming in this season.

Not sure if any club has filled there roster with 5 with no Asian yet. Might be like the loan deals. Known by the clubs but not signed off on.

Either way leaving a Visa spot open for Bolt with our weak squad is ludicrous

Never seen it talked about post season but certainly shows it was intended to be introduced this season. Story was January

Good riddance, abit of clarity on whether or not they’re taking over his wages (as with 90% of loans) would be nice.

Bumped into Kalifa Cissé this morning and had a nice chat with him. He is enjoying being here and thinks the training has been spot on. Apparently his visa still isn’t sorted, so he is no guarantee to play against Adelaide, which is a huge worry imo.

Assuming DDS will be a straight swap for Adrian Meeeeeeeer-ze-eski
What a downgrade.

DDS reminds me of my best mate, each of the 3 local clubs he’s played for there’s been people excited that he’s there... early results don’t happen quickly realised he actually has to fight for a starting spot and to show quality to help the team. But instead spits the dummy and stops showing up.
I can definitely see this happening for DDS at Sydney when Corica proves he isn’t up to it like Moss with us.
Sydney stink of of us in that period when Arnie left.

There is talk on Twitter that DDS Mariners contract was extended by an extra year bringing his total contract to 4 years. This was apparently negotiated as part of the loan deal.

Which is a little strange seeing as the loan deal is only for one year... If SFC realise he isn't Adrian, and don't renew, do we start this game all over again next offseason?
