ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Or (to the tune of '10 men went to mow a meadow'):

1 year since the Jets
Since the Jets won f**k all
1 year since the Jets
Since the Jets won f**k all

1 year, 2 years since the Jets
Since the Jets won f**k all
2 years since the Jets
Since the Jets won f**k all

(and continue all the way to 11)

When Roy comes out, we could do this one to the tune of 'I see red' by Split Enz:

"When he saw Lawrence Thomas in the goal
Roy saw red Roy saw red Roy saw red

Kicked a studded boot to the head
Roy saw red Roy saw red Roy saw red

Roy saw re-e-e-e-d Oh!

Today on a certain A-League banter page, a Jest fan made some post referring to us being "inbred" and living in caravans (how original- I swear no other teams' fanbase had ever directed that at any other teams' fanbase before they started doing it)

So I thought I'd have some fun. And it was like shooting fish in a barrel:

I mean look- our team is shit. Outside of whoever CCM's version of Ty from AFTV is, I can't think of a single person who denies it.

But this week I just wanna have some fun- and do the same on gameday. Despite the rubbish of the last 3 or so years, we still have more silverware than them, actual silverware from a time when there were more than 8 teams in the HAL (and this decade at least)- and we're not so very easy to troll.

So I say this Sunday, we support our team the West Ham way- ironically, taking great pride in being a better supporters group than a football team, and wind this lot up for 90 minutes.

Get to Bay 16, bring your red cards and bring your voices. Give your Christmas carols voices a workout. Who's with me?

I'm in and will sit in bay 16 for this one.

Justin, the young replacement for PP was at training today and hung a Forever loyal banner on the fence. I could see the players liked it.

Maybe im an fool but i liked it and i felt the played responded well. What ever it was the vibe was good. The training was quality for once and i left with a smile on my face.

Lets smash this overated and fragile Scum team on Sun.

Grab all your mates and lets do this!

I loved reading this post, thanks Wombat and good on Justin!!
Maybe that's what needed to get them up for this one.
Is there anymore sessions scheduled before Sunday? Maybe it's worth getting as many as we can to a training session and start the chanting early.
We need them up for this one, shown them this means more than anything.

Makes me think we should have adopted something this year..... Heart of the coast maybe , reflecting Mulvey's strategy (actually best we forget all about the mongrel idea) .
