ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Club > Country every single time

If the roos don't qualify for 2010, the FFA will have millions less $, and the A-League will no doubt be shittier for longer periods, directly affecting our club. Confused?

i dont understand how people say club > country... unless your born somewhere else then surely the Australian NT has to always come 1st, i know it does for me... ive been a Socceroos fan my whole life, the A-League is only 3 years old. Brett is quite right too, no world cup = loss of public interest, loss of corporate sponsorship, lower grass roots participation... if we qualify we gain all these things and it can only make the a-league stronger, more money, more interest and ultimately better quality football

I'm not surprised give the turn out for the Matildas vs China game that was played at Grahame park as a curtain raiser to a mariners fixture. I think there was a whole 7 people in Bay 16 for it. As for the pub being better for a sing song then a womens game suck it up and warm up your voices at the Maltildas game.

Personally (and it is my personal view) I dont give a shit about the socceroos compared the CCM.

Letting Mrdja go to the squad given his injury woes would never happen in Europe

Is it just me or are Football Family tickets always off to the side? I can never get decent seats and I always have to go back for the main public sale for the good central seats to be available

Officially it is Celery, but a few of the lads from Sydney bought their limit with the intent to sell them on to active supporters down the line - like Mick said, give BenW a try.  Jimmy the Greek might be worth a shot as well.

I'm driving down from the Coast around 4-ish.  Gonna park at Fox Studios, might wander on back to the Cricketers or the Captain Cook, see if I run into anyone.

Harry is back ........... I watched him at the Ghana game and said is he past it have those injuries finally got him ............tonight the feet, turn, vision, well what more can I say.

IMO Pim did well to take H off, he was being hacked a bit, keep him for the next three games.

TBH we were luckly to win as I saw it, if fact luckly we did not loose .......... Lucas Neil or Matthew S alongside Meggesi ........got opened to much at the back.

North was crap but Meggsy didn,t inspire a lot of confidence either.

We may not have lost any goals under Pim yet but if the defence plays like that in the next two away games that record will get shot to bits.

Lucas never mind your pregnant Mrs get your arse to Dubai!! ;D

Apart from that it was a decent performance.Unlike the Ghana game when we were one up and couldn,t keep the ball we did pretty well in that area tonight.
