ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Regarding Clisby. Did much, much better than last week.
Got in a great shot. Also at least two last ditch blocks / tackles.
I thought he was getting too far forward at times. Hopefully Staj can work on him.

He didn’t even make the bench. I thought Simon was a weird choice and didn’t necessarily hustle as much as I would have liked but I’m guessing it was a decision around defending set pieces and corners.
Would hurt the likes of weemac and Tongyik not to get a look there. I’m guessing Duric wasn’t as fit as we may have been led to believe
Glad we didn’t risk Milan so with the win that is a good result. I’m sure Simon would have heard the groan from the crowd when he was called up. That can not be helping his cause.

The blokes on the radio before the game were throwing it out there that he may have not taken being subbed last week very well.
And therefore was left out this week. Nothing concrete, just their thoughts.

Miller had one moment that was almost very costly but an otherwise very good game and he will be putting his hand up for more minutes with efforts like that.
The moment was when he didn’t come in to back post and Ziggy left his man to try to shut down the attacker looking to pass or shoot. He had no reason to hang further out and should have been in there. Got lucky there.

Remember Sains at RB when he started? Unconvincing is being kind

Huge positive for me is that we got the job done without risking Duric. He is absolutely vital for us going forward this season. Fingers crossed he's ready for Brisbane next week.

I was very impressed with Kim. I thought he bossed our midfield during the 2nd dig and settled us down when we looked like we were getting flustered. Tommy Oar steered our ship well (sorry, I couldn't resist that one) and Sammy worked hard and tackled well on occasions.
Staj is going to have a big problem during the week: who makes way for Milan? I don't think anyone deserves to be dropped after this effort, massive.

100% Stensness. Had to play 8/10 and definitely not his position. Did the defensive duties well but struggled in attack.

Djuric for Stensness and that is a tidy midfield.

Hopefully Miller recovers from his calf injury.

This one was won on the training field during the week. Good job Staj.
stensness did a job for us . whatever job is asked he does it .
he'll get better and works his arse off

Stens f**king about on the edge of the box instead of clearing the ball was a bad moment. Simon gave him a right bollocking.
