ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I get that Liam isn't technically a CB, but when he played there, he did a decent job. That's all l was saying. Aspro is prone to errors but he's a young player so it's expected.

The best A-League news of this off season is Mitch Austin being released, I absolutely love that.
More interested in his social media presence than developing anything to go with his pace.
Awkwardly close to his sister too, might have Newcastle roots deep down.

Can see Trent’s career going down the same path and ending up at CCU lol

Ways to go but we’re starting to fill out a little. I think Mulvey OS is a good indication that it’s now about using our other two visa visa spots to bring in some additional high quality. At least that’s what I’m hoping.

Okon out clause with Da Silva is a bit of a nightmare, player and agent are in no rush but we can’t afford to dick around for too long.

But good enough to start in the grand final ???

Lucky to start as he was shit house the week before but I think they had no other options.
I've seen him and I don't rate him but it doesn't mean he can't improve/develop.
There is a reason Victory cut this Grand final player Offy.

Yet they signed roux......

More fool them.

Everyone always thinks they can make a silk purse out of a sows ear....few can. If anyone can it's Musc**t who really knows how to set his defenders. He won't stand for Roux's antics.
To me Roux was like a smartarse student more interested in have a ciggy and a laugh behind the bike sheds than trying to learn his craft.

So far some nice solid workmen but we need a match winner.

We need to splash on a Mierzejewski George Castro Ninkovic. Under the cap players who can win you games.

Ok that means we have to go cheap with the rest of the squad but so be it.

Perth are nothing without Castro which is a problem but I’d rather that problem then ours of just being totally shit and inconsistent.

The problem is if you get someone like this you have to keep them on the field.

Is old man Joe Cole still lighting up the Soccerball in da USA.....or is he ready to come to Oz.

Apparently he scored 16 goals in 2 seasons for Tampa Bay Rowdies. Not bad for a 10.

Just watched the academy highlights of the weekends game, admittedly probably only the 2nd time this npl season I’ve seen of our boys but it only reiterated to me that we seriously need to promote the likes of Pete Kekeris, Emmanuel peters and the number 10 (can’t remember his name at this moment)
Yes it’s only npl 2 but they kill it in one v ones, even in tight areas with a couple defenders (which Trent could never figure out), these 3 boys in particular are so much better technically dribbling and striking the ball than our 2 first choice wingers in one trick pony pain and bloody scum Hoole.
And yes I will continue to beat this drum on these boys.
Give them a red hot crack at it full time and watch them gain consistency and confidence at pro level.
