I think that's it. NYL is just way, way too far from the HAL in terms of physicality and intensity, and just the overall psychology of the game.

Wales has shown some tremendous glimpses of talent and that's all you can really ask from a young player, especially one who hasn't had a season or two of senior squad training behind him.

I really want to see Wales come into his own. I know it's hard stepping up from NYL to HAL, but he showed promise coming off the bench, though when starting he seems to have been unable to really assert himself and show what he's capable of. I'm hoping he's able to get past that fairly soon.

He looks like one of the bet set piece specialists I have seen for ages but just needs time coming off the bench to get his composure on the ball during the game.

While I would prefer Skapetis to be starting it would be pretty harsh on Powell to drop him after he scored.
