    ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. There isn,t any reason really Omni.It,s not unusual to have different members of the same family supporting different teams.
When I was a kid my dad used to take me with him to watch Dundee but my mates at school were all United fans and I followed my mates much to my dads disgust!
My brother supported Dundee as well but most of my uncles,cousins etc were utd fans.Back then Utd were actually the smaller of the two clubs and Dundee had a bigger support.

My house 5am approx.Dad gets up before everyone else to watch the football on Fox/Setanta.   :)

After an hour or two young feral child gets up and proceeds to whinge about watching playhouse disney.   :( Then slightly older feral child gets up and whinges about watching Disney channel prompting world war 3 with smaller feral child.  :mad:

Peace and quiet,cup of coffee and Setanta Sports is shattered!! :'(

theres still a few rounds left. one against motherwell as well and all it takes is for rangers and motherwell to slip three times simply because celtic are going to win the remaining games

Well Well, haven't things changed in the eyes of skillbeck. Just like your Mariners support. They lose a few games and they are written off and then when they start winning again they are suddenly world champions.

its not going to be easy but its do-able. I dont believe this win is enough to rescue Strachan in my books but if it is a new start, then awesome. if not, then look for a new manager. i take a very reserved approach to this game because it can come back and bite me in the arse if i dont. that said i will always be mariners and celtic until i die and i give them both all of my support whether or not i do judge it as being down and out.
