I get nervous about the Perth games these days... Over the last couple of seasons, they seem to tend to end up in the opposite direction to the current form-curve. Last year, we played Ali Edwards lot into form, this season, Mossy's first win was against this lot.
Still, we ought to beat them, I trust the boys... And Mossy :)

Hmm, just saw on Twitter that the boys had to land in Adelaide due to an issue on the Qantas plane... Hoping it wont end up delaying them so much they'll be dog tired when they get to Perth etc. etc. etc... .

Remember that win at the start of the season they flew in on game day because they wanted to try something different because they were always loosing & the 3hrs day light saving difference was effecting them.
Looks like they have gone back to the day before (hope that's not a bad omen)

Central Coast Mariners plane forced to make emergency landing
The Central Coast Mariners suffered a mid-air scare after a Qantas flight carrying the team from Sydney to Perth was forced to make an emergency landing in Adelaide after a smoke alarm was triggered on the plane.
The Mariners were travelling to Perth for their round 26 clash against the Glory before their flight was diverted to Adelaide Airport due to smoke appearing in the cabin.
The plane landed safely and a Mariners spokesperson tweeted that they expect to arrive in Perth later this afternoon with plenty of time to prepare for Saturday's match.
"Our team's flight from Sydney to Perth has had to land in Adelaide due to smoke in the cabin. Everyone is safe & sound," a club spokesperson tweeted. "News from Adelaide is that they will be back in the air shortly heading to Western Australia. A slight detour as we go for Glory!"

Seems pretty quiet for a match day thread...

Perth in Perth means any result is possible. There is a lot of quality in their side, though overall on balance (with Smeltz out) I think it weighs to being defensive.
Not a bad squad that without their basket case dressing room this year could of probably had a quite different season.

I'm backing our teams greater cohesion to be what wins us the game. An incredible thing to be saying when just a couple of months ago, we were virtually a new side heading into a mid season, pre season. Huge props to Mossy. I'm a believer.

Line ups... who would people like to see start upfront?
