Oar? Also there was some mention in the comments of FB page that MacDonald had a stress fracture in his back. Couldn't find it when I looked again so may have fallen victim to a clean up. Female commenter had the same surname.

Clearly the Pain stuff is speculative. But where in previous Januarys I would have been gutted if we lost any of our best players, this one I think it would be unfair on Pain to make him stay.

I desperately hope he stays and we supplement with quality all around him.

I forgot our anniversary and I was in Hirage all weekend.

For about the 5th game in a row.....it's a must win. No reason why we can't. At this stage i honestly think it's a confidence thing, we need several players to stand up here.
Just checked the table, we are bloody 17 point adrift of them in 6th place. After 11 games! Without any question if we lose, that's definitely the season gone as far as top 6 goes.

I'd suggest their pace up front is going to be a problem for us and our odds are likely to be better against City, Roar and the jets over the next few games. A loss to Nix at the moment isnt what it was last season or even earlier this season. That said I hope we can turn things around this week or at least show a significant improvement.

Absolutely. I was more thinking about mathematics and how bad it is we are out of the equation after 11 games already.
However, if we can snag a win, there's a bit of confidence heading into the MC game and then the battle for the spoon.
