ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

"Consistent" being the key word. How many of our players have been consistent in a single match, let alone the season? That's what separates the professional from the talent. We have several of the latter, very few of the former.

Pearce and Kennedy are always consistent. They perform the same, week in week out :)

*NOTE FROM FUTURE ME*

I know how you’re feeling, watching the fireworks over Brisbane Water while the game continues before a 3/4 empty stadium because thousands of you decided enough was enough.

But trust me, they will return one day, and the team wearing that badge will be worth returning to watch. As underwhelming and terminal as this warm summers night feels, there will be much cooler nights that are equally glorious and then you will know everything you think this club has lost, has been restored and then some more.

And you will sing songs because you were here right now.

I would, but when I go to change it, it comes up with an error message saying the sig is 4 lines too long. NFI why

I had a quick look, couldn't find the settings I'm sure were there before

I'm looking at migrating us to a new platform soon anyway and not sure if signatures will be a part of it - it can end up with huge signatures taking up most of the page and taking away from the messages. Then we start getting into "MySpace" territory - if anyone remembers that :D

Looks like a limit has been set to 2 lines - somewhere, I can't find it right now.

I have signatures turned off for our game company's fan forums. It's a nightmare for the eyes and spreads threads out unnecessarily, making them look horrible.

I don't have anything against people using them. If small, text-only sigs can be OK, but I've never been a fan.
