ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mariners Preseason 2019

Thought it would be easier to start a thread on this so all the conversations are in the one place.

FFA Cup in a few weeks time. You would think other games before that would be announced quite soon. One against an A-League or NPL club is a must.

Hi everyone
We will be announcing three pre-season trial matches today. Seems some of our oppositions were a bit more confident all details had been finalised to make announcements than we were but that is all ok. Jets and Charlestown matches are two of them - will have full details out later today. Won't be long at all until everyone will get to see the boys in action.

Love how pro active the club is being this time around and love how well informed Shaun is keeping us, has obviously made a point of being better in that regard and deserves a solid hand shake.
The Charlestown match is a smart one in particular as they’re probably a little better than Maitland atm. And it’ll give the boys a taste of what Scum NPL is like, because it is different to Sydney NPL, the Sutherland game will be a good morning down at pluim. Love it.
Will assume the club is waiting till after the cup match to finalise the next block of friendlies.

So we're the club now that gets applause from the fans for doing the things we're supposed to do because we haven't done them for so long???

Do the CEO’s of other clubs go on the fan forum and offer updates? I don’t know, thought this was likely unique.

I've got a few mates who are SFC and WSW members. They are all amazed at how engaged the club is with our members. Shaun has always seemed to be been as transparent as he can (with obvious commercial-in-confidence limits). The only times we have really been neglected is when Shaun has had to pick up the slack for other departures.

I actually think we are very lucky to have the access we do. I used to be a member of an NSL club (when I lived in Sydney). There the silence was deafening.

FP i was being facetious if you couldn't tell. Shaun being on the forum was not what i was talking about. It was more to do with organising pre season games and being "proactive" you know, all those things that are just such a bonus to our membership and what makes us special. Sets us apart from the rest.

Just as a heads up to anyone who will be attending the pre-season games - we will be looking to run some buses to the Away Venues, we are waiting on some confirmation and pricing. In the meantime we are taking a register of interest, so we can best plan :) If you're interested in coming along, the link is below:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2RH3NM5

(Note - at this stage it will be BUS ONLY - We are looking at a ticket/bus package but waiting on ticketing information from the other clubs as this is out of our control. by putting in your register of interest, it doesn't secure you a spot on the bus. Pricing is TBA)
