ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I think Cummings would be more acquitted to playing against big solid CB with his time in Scotland. Looking for him to outsmart them and get stuck in. May even open up space for urena/ moreche if he’s a handful for them
Cummings was an absolute f**king handful against Sydney in the hold up play, was out muscling Wilko. He's going to win important ball and fouls for us I think.

Looking forward to watching him toight - Muller to the bench most likely. He was way off the pace last week and I'm not sure what he adds TBH

Yeah it’d be great for him to prove us wrong and show something. But beyond great touch/technique, I’m just not sure what that is? I can’t see him beating anyone out wide, he’s not starting in front of Marco or Cummings, and we don’t play with a ten.

Maybe we’ll see something more emerge now he’s fit though. Sterj out wide in our glory days, I wasn’t convinced of at first. He’d lost his pace and rarely beat a player. But his experience meant he linked perfectly with overlapping wing backs and his timing and quality of balls into the box was excellent. The total opposite of players like Fitzy. So I’m not without all hope for Muller.

For any of the flak Beni has copped hes been out there working hard for us and been in the squad consistently, plus I doubt he's on big wages. Muller so far has shown us a few glimpses of quality and not much else. ROI to date is completely different.

Wasn’t Muller reported to be doing really well in preseason and the hamstring injury was seen as a real bummer.

in his video the other day he said he was supposed to start against SFC but got covid the night before. You can still hear the head cold in him when he speaks.

I think he just needs to build up his fitness again after the stop start. I think Monty likes him and he will get a good run

I put the Saturday down to him just returning and Victory were on fire and it wasn’t a game any of our attack are proud of.

I expect him to beat out Beni. Beni has pace and power that suits a substitute

It's approximately 1 million degrees hotter than in Dundee - I don't think he's gonna be fully acclimatised for a while.
Agree however the evening time slot will help him. Also some possible storms around to cool things down a bit tonight.

We are a good chance tonight as they are a game or two behind us on the covid recovery. Hopefully the boys are after some redemption and get back to winning ways. Looking forward to it as haven't been to a game for a while as missed the January one because of holidays.

I don't think I'm going to get it but I'd love to see Tongyik playing as a #6. I don't mind Steele/Ballard but I still have an inkling that the Tong could play really well there as a ball winner with a bit of natural go forward.

Hope Cummings bags a couple to really give the FFA the finger.
