ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Pim Verbeek used to say the players have to 'show' themselves. Mile Jedinak kick started his Socceroo career by showing himself at an A League training squad; Verbeek was visibly impressed, and very surprised by what he saw from Mile. And Mile (that is EPL player Mile :) ) hasn't looked back since.
The scant reports from training while in Australia suggested that Duke was the one to show himself; Sainsbury make take a little longer to be comfortable at that level. What it does mean is that we can look forward to a fired up confident Dukey, and a Sainsbury motivated to prove himself an even better player than last year.:overheadl:

Trent Sainsbury playing even better than he did last year, he'd be a shoe-in for a Socceroos spot if that is the case.

Also fired up Dukey, return of Matty Simon and Dee-Mac coming back match fit and hopefully in good form, it'll be goals galore.

Dukey has a real drive to make it to the very top. He is a grafter and potentially, a bolter for the WC squad.

Indeed. And with a couple of international goals under his belt, another strong season could see us fighting off foreign suiters for another youngster.

I'm in 2 minds about our guys doing well. I'm very happy for their sakes, but I'm unhappy for ours because they'll be taken away from us.

An epic lob from McBreen in last night's game against Dalian Aerbin (final result was 2-2):

Sadly I forgot the game was on last night :( but from the match report Ibini started and played 59 minutes.
