ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Australia's most sponsored sporting club

Did anyone watch NBN news tonight?

They had Peter Turnbull saying that the club will announce two major sponsors in the next couple of days.

He said the figures will certainly make them the most backed A-League club and possibly the most sponsored sporting club in Australia's history!

they had a guy from central coast business saying that the mariner's asian league campaign may be worth $20 million to the local economy and that the state government will be holding trade seminars for the central coast in asia coinciding with the games

funny really, it was only week or 2 ago that there was an article in the CC Express about Busines Central Coast having funding levels (fed/state?) 'cut' dspite just recently inking the deal with the Mariners.

I read that to Rowdy but you would imagine with all the talk the naming sponsor for the front of the shirt may possibly be a multi national for next season and beyond

It's great news about more coin coming in, and your prob right about naming sponsor, I just hope it is a 'good fit' for the club and doesn't look or sound to 'dicky' on the front of our pride and joy.

Kinda liked the fact that this & last years was 'Central Coast' instead of 'Business Central Coast', is what i'm getting at

We've been spoiled by being the Central Coast Central Coast Mariners but even if we have to have Coffee Club, if they show us the money I'm not too fussed!

dollars for the longevity of our club will do me.
Im wondering maybe seeing as CCA are now the owners of Blue Tongue maybe they might be showing interest?

Heard during the coverage of scum v qld on fox, Harper? mentioning the 'Parklea Markets' (owned by Con the Con) sponsorship on the front of the scummers shirt and that despite not having a major sponsor for the first 3 seasons, there were a couple of offers that were put to the scum, good $$$'s BUT 'not the right fit' for the club and were rejected.

he deserves no joy - he stole the heart and soul of a community club in the breakers for his own personal game

the man was at the press conference after the game last night totally drunk

the whole time he was at the back jibbering away to someone else during GVE's question time

total lack of class and respect for a coach that has led your team to asia

i just kept thinking that there is no way you would ever see lyall gorman or peter turnbull acting in such a manner

arrive alive is about not drink driving. Im sure people have heard the woolies whatever off premium beer ad before sea fm traffic report which, says the special then, don't drink and drive.

They are not seperate. All we need is Central coast taxis as the other sponsor and it will be all sorted :p

Stoked .....................F----------g Stoked.

Mate told me yesterday on Thursday last week he was listening to a Sydney radion station and they interviewed the CEO of the  Manly rugby league club. Asked him about the crowd they might get and he said don't expect us to get anywhere near what the Mariners get. The announancer taken back a bit said but its league heartland. To which the CEO replied used to be league is now number two on the Central Coast,  soccer is now number one up there.
