ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Joel Griffiths won golden boot, no surprise there.

Ref of the year.....Mark Shield.  He wasn't there so Ben Buckley took it for him.  Person on 442 website aptly stated "This isn't the only thing he's missed this week..."

Goalie of the year goes to Melbourne Victory's keeper Michael Theoklitos

Mark Shield is that a joke? but then again in Australia the whole award of ref of the year is a joke. IMO they shouldnt have awarded it this year

Dont agree with Theoklitos getting goalie, but compared to the other choices the FFA wouldve been mulling over I hate him the least so congrats to him

No one loves us but we don't care!  :grouphug:

Shield getting Ref of the Year for the 3rd year running just shows just how very poor the field is.

what about this award: looks like Breeze has won it with dishonarable mentions to Griffiths, Harper and Holland

http://marinators.net/forum/index.php?topic=579.0

I wonder how Shields would fit in there if the poll was to reoccur and another person not on that list would be Con

(←Replaced page with ''''MARK SHIELD HAS BIG FAT SMELLY FEET HE STINKS LIKE A ROTTEN BANNANA '''')

An odd insult, but it looks like someone went to town on him on wikipedia
