Frequently Asked Questions

How much have the Membership prices increased from last season?
They haven’t! The great news for this season is that all Central Coast Mariners Memberships have decreased in price to ensure a cost effective option for all Mariners Members.

Who is be eligible to renew their Membership from May 16?
All financial Members who signed up for full season (Platinum, Gold, Navy & Yellow Army) or six game Members will have the opportunity to renew their Membership at the early bird price from May 16.

I purchased a three game Membership last season, can I also renew on May 16?
For an extra $50 three game Members from last season have the opportunity to upgrade to a six game Membership for the 2016/17 season during the early bird period.

When will Mariners Memberships go on sale to the general public?
The general public will have the opportunity to purchase Mariners’ Memberships from July 4 onwards.

Last season I selected the ‘automatic renewal’ option, when will my Membership automatically renew?
If you selected the ‘automatic renewal’ option last season the great news is that you don’t need to do a thing. The total amount of your Membership will be deducted from your allocated bank account on May 30. To update banking details please call us. CLICK HERE to view the pricing of this season’s Memberships.

When does the Early Bird Membership pricing finish?
You must renew your Membership before June 17 to take advantage of the Early Bird Pricing and claim your seat from last season.

I purchased a Platinum/Gold Membership last season and want to change seats, am I able to do this?
Of course! Whilst renewing your Membership you will be given the option to ‘redeem your seat’ or fill out a seating change request form. Please fill out this form and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

I have friends that want to become Members and sit with us, is that possible?
Yes! We can’t guarantee all requests but the Membership team at CCM HQ will do everything in their power to ensure that all seating requests are fulfilled. Please include these details in your seating request form.

My friend didn’t purchase a Membership last season, can they purchase now?
We want to ensure that all of last season’s Members are given the first opportunity to renew but please include their details upon renewing and we will do our best to seat everyone together. They can then join from July 4.

I don’t like using my credit card over the phone or online. Can I pay with cash?
No problem! Come and visit us on level 3 at 1 Bryant Drive, Tuggerah. We can answer any queries and process your Membership in person. In the lead up to next season you will also see us out and about in the community.

I have a Membership in Bay 6 and the Club has communicated to me that there will be a change, what’s happening?
From next season, Bay 6 will turn from a GOLD BAY to a PLATINUM BAY. We want to thank our loyal Bay 6 Members who still have the opportunity to renew their Memberships under the gold pricing during the ‘early bird period’. This must be completed before June 17.

How many games are included in my Membership this season?
This season, your Membership will include 11 games at Central Coast Stadium plus TWO games at Hunter Stadium when we travel to take on Newcastle Jets.

When will the draw be made available?
The draw will be released by Football Federation Australia and we will be sure to alert all renewed and non-renewed Members when we have more information in regards to fixtures.

Fan of the new Yellow category for northern stand.

Would love the choice to opt out of certain benefits to reduce overall cost. Ie cap, lanyard, sticker

It doesn't say anything about the Canberra game though.

At less than $12 a game ($10 a game if you count the Newcastle games) it's hardly expensive!

I don't remember the arrangements last time the club took games to Canberra but my understanding was generally membership is only for games at CCS (and this year Hunter). A couple of years ago there was an offered "North Shore add-on" but that's not really the norm. I imagine the Canberra game is just another ticketed game and CCM members might get priority access or discounted tickets?

Either way I wouldn't expect it to be mentioned as part of membership anyway.

Something odd about the pricing - student gold packages are *very* cheap (cheaper than Navy or Yellow), sorta wonder if that's meant to be $165. And Navy is the same price as Yellow.

Also, the 2A + 2J Yellow package is $10 cheaper than the individual items purchased separately, but the 2A + 3J Yellow package is $10 more.

I agree its very cheap and i had no issue when it was priced same as navy. Im just paying for extras i have no intention to even collect, let alone utilise

Note: im nore griping about it not being further customisable, thr money doesnt bother me. I buy a membership irrespective of how many games ill make.

Check the post from above (and the website matched this). It was listed as $65.

They've now amended it.

And why would there not be a price break between Navy (higher) and Yellow (lower)?

In the Gold, Navy and Yellow 3-kid packages, you're better off getting a 2-kid package and a separate membership for the 3rd. The 2-kid to 3-kid break is $85 vs $65, $50 vs $30 and $40 vs $30.

Are you positive it wasn't just Ryan's error scribing across the prices for everyone's benefit?

Tend to agree with the above. It does seem interesting that the pricing structure goes that way o_O

OK, I'm in.

Gold - I hope to get down to 4 home as this season and maybe a Newy game (daughter lives there). Plus I will pay for an away game in Brisbane if I can, now flights are restored from Coffs to Brisvegas. I was tempted by the away package, as it would save me heaps but would allow me to be slack and only come down twice. Give me another season like this year and I may. btw Scum look to have a 'home' game versus Roar on Coffs - what I have I got to wear that is orange?

Can understand why they want to turn Bay 6 plat - it really is a killer bay.

Hopefully they keep us old timers on gold pricing forever more. But I suspect they'll jack it up season after next.

Eh, they'll have to pry my seat from my cold dead hands.

Yeah six is killer. It should be Platinum.

Re extras - understand, bar a fridge magnet no need for mine either and I'd rather they saved the coin, but the thing with those is that they would all be bought in bulk and probably linked into sponsorship deals so dirt cheap but look good as a value add. So in real world terms, individually the discount would be minuscule and probably detract heavily from the sense of value adding they are trying to achieve. Also the club needs their branding promoted... so it would be a poor decision I think for them to offer that option I think.
