Loved it, will be truly happy if we back it up this week.

I think we’re a very solid chance to do so. We’re not just an improved side, we’re clearly growing and will give City some head aches for sure. Very Glad McClaren is out though.

I don’t fear the inconsistency of previous years. Never able to back up even a half decent performance. Consistency is built on structure, belief, and talent. I think our NO EXCUSES side now has all 3.

Early days, but for mine of the 11 teams performances so far, we look a top six side as long as we can keep our key personnel on the park and ideally strengthen our attacking depth.

We just look so coherent, and mature across the board with Oar, Ziggy, GG, Duric, Silvera, Stens, Fox, Birra... all strong, comfortable and calm under pressure.

Next year when we upgrade on Matty and Weemac, and if we can at least keep Duric, we should be even stronger.

Was definitely a tactic worked on in training. Stajcic wanted our team to work the front third as much as possible. He felt they were lazy in defence and the extra work would tire them out, making them less effective in attack.

He also felt there was space behind their full backs as they like to get forward, hence the quick transition to Oar which found us plenty of room. Franjic was especially vulnerable to this.

How good is it to see the mariners tactically breaking down a favorite for the championship and pulling it off.

And knowing we're going to approach Friday different tactically.

Well.....I actually think our points do us a disservice.
I mean, the first game was decided on a wrong VAR decision, and even in the first 2 games our opponents were not better than us - and we've improved a lot even over the course of 3 weeks.

So, I reckon we can do better!!!
