ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Wombat, he did choose to go to the scum.

He signed the contract, nobody put a gun to his head.

And the fact that even there he only played half the games means Moss's call to not offer him another deal (even on minimum wage) was vindicated.

Yes....why would want a quality ball player instead of a state league standard player.

Tinkler spoke out amid reports that the embattled club’s playing group had staged a crisis meeting on Tuesday aimed at bringing to a head its dissatisfaction with the tactics and methods of Stubbins, who took the reins at the start of the season and has presided over a disastrous run of results.

It is understood fed-up Jets players will show up but refuse to train on Wednesday, as the crisis engulfing the club deepens. The World Game also learned Football Federation Australia is poised to take over the club's licence on 31 January.

I don't for 2 reasons. Number 1 they are the scum. Number 2 is it probably means it is closer to the FFA stepping in and cleaning up the mess.

Hmm, anyone on our roster we might consider "lending"? Zac? Eddie? Sim? Hutch? Noo, only kidding guys. But I agree that it can't be a good scene for anyone who is part of their team or support staff. And it's a bit of a public blot on the A-League copybook too. Not the kind of publicity needed, really. :(

Can't have a "Mutiny on the Bounty" type of scenario, surely? It's a bit like the inmates running the asylum, so to speak. Players not doing what the coach wants? Sack the bloody lot of them. Tar and feather them. Make them walk the plank.

Aarrrrhh me hearties, they be the scum. Off with their heads. :piralaugh: :pirashoot:

I dunno, signing Joel Griffiths would be good for the lols. People north of Swansea would go to pieces so hard John Hunter will be overflowing with shrapnel casualties.
