ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

There is a lot of negativity going around the club at the moment on and off the field.

Its time for us fans to do something about it.

If you haven't already, please like and share this page and also invite all your friends to be part of it.

Its time to stop using the #SayNoToNSO hashtag and start spreading the word with #standupforthemariners

"We've set the December 27th home game as our first target to make a difference.

In 10 years we've gone from a club that started with nothing to being the champions of Australia and back.
It's a club built on community pride that at one point was the envy of every club in the league.

The one thing we've all had for the Mariners at one point is pride. Pride that we can belong to something that represents us, the Central Coast, on the national and international stage.

Now, we've all had times over the years where our support has been tested and sadly a lot of people have walked away.

The time has come to unite and forget the negatives off the field and focus on why we turn up every game, why we wear the shirt to family bbq's and talk to random strangers because they have the same shirt on............the team.

It's simple, we need bigger crowds, more fans to feel what we feel for the Mariners.

How can we do it?

Well, we can make a start now.

You're proud to be a part of the Mariners family, we need you to let everyone you know know that.

Using social media is an easy way for us all to get the message out there. Whether it's Facebook, Twitter or Instagram it's the way to get it done.

The message is simple, let the world know how proud you are and how much you want to help.

Take a photo of yourself, your family and use the hashtag #standupforthemariners and tell the story of what the Mariners mean to you."

This is great. I will skull drag some friends and family to the 27 December game if I have too ;)

This game would be a great opportunity for the members with free passes the bring your friends along. Just remember you can only claim these up to an hour before kickoff on game day.

Lets pack the joint.

Well spotted. Thanks. They really make it difficult don't they. Its like they are trying dissuade people from claiming them.

Not checked this years T & C but they used to exclude some of the bigger games and New Year's Eve which seemed counter intuitive as these were the games that you could bring new people to.

Was at mariners office on friday and asked that same question. The ROAR game does not come into that situation so anyone with friends passes can use them for the game. I will have 6 in tow with me for the game. fingers crossed all these afternoon thunderstorms will be gone by then

Part of our goal is to get the Mariners into as many areas of the Central Coast social spectrum as we can.
The idea of getting public figures involved and have them as ambassadors has been thrown around.
Coasties are proud people so finding people willing to step up and do everything they can to publicise supporting the Mariners was pretty easy.

Ladies and gentleman, our first ambassador and it's without doubt the most important,

Lawrie McKinna

LM is a dead set legend.
Love to see a fan coup d'etat and install Lawrie as El Presidente.

Please DO NOT ever include Belinda Neal.... or her corrupt husband Della Bosca as part of the Mariners family.... bloody hell may as well throw Craig Thompson in there too. Disgraceful ex local politicians!!

I've seen Thompson at the Mariners before when he was fighting to hold his job. Skin thicker than a Rhino that man.

I'm surprised MC hasn't signed him up to the management team:)
