Schoolies was not in existence when I graduated. If it had have been up and running, I was (and am) such a nerd that I would have had my head knocked in or got drunk in 20 minutes, again, and forgotten the whole thing. I may have ended up doing a Brad Fittler and chatted up a dancepole at the Bombay Rock.
We all had a massive night at Romano's Pub, then to Wagga Beach for a very big recovery day. I played my first 1st Grade cricket game the next day, made 10no, and I thought life was alright.
My young cousin, who lives in the Byron Bay hinterland, is off to Phuket for his Schoolies. That would be huge, but you would have to be SO careful not to accept pills from ANYONE.
