ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Keen for this one.
Maybe we can spring a surprise.
I'm hoping to get 10+ to this one. makes it harder for them to say no when we dont lose and play alright.

I have a good feeling about this one
(I really don't)

I think they might just batter us into submission after a short turn around.

Faty and Galloway better be fit

Struggle street to get out of Sydney, get up to the game and drive home again so I'll be missing this one.

Was thinking how under utilised Roy is and looked up some stats.

Most shots in A League = Roy at 18, of which 10 have been on target. Andy Keogh = 2nd on 17
Most Goals tied 1st Andy Keogh

Most offsides Roy is 2nd to Bulut,

Crosses Storm Roux is = 6th on 36 ahead of Mitch Austin and 3 ahead of Fab. Don't know if that includes corners

Most goals conceded is Perth

Most Saves Duncan (jets) 2nd is Izzo

Mariners Attackers
......................................RO.......BP.......CP......FF.....TB
Minutes.........................630......577......625....362....241
Goals...............................3..........0..........1.........0......0.
Shots on Target..............10.........2..........2.........1......0.
Shooting Accuracy..........55%....50%....29%....25%...0%
Successful crosses...........1.........2..........2........4.......0.
Crossing Accuracy..........100%..67%.....15%...21%....0%
Assists...............................1........0..........1.........1........1
Chances Created...............1........9..........9........4........5
Offsides..............................9........1..........1........0........1

Shows some disconnect between the attack and for a team that dominates possession, the attack doesn't get it or do anything useful with it

Can't get back from Sydney in time - gutted. Home games are feeling pretty hard to come by after all these years. Which is hard on the mariners soul.

Youth team Captain, Steve Whyte also put in another solid performance at left back and handled the attacking threat of Shannon Cole on the right wing. - See more at: http://www.ccmariners.com.au/

That's enough for me. Time for promotion son, move over Neill while Galloway recovers.

Attacking threat of Shannon cole? Im still laughing. Whyte may be great - but 'handling Shannon Coles attack' is an unuseable metric.

Don't forget kickoff not till 7.50pm so hopefully plenty can get back from Sydney and hopefully no parents pay attention

I told my son the Mariners were home on Thursday. After a discussion about kick off time he said he didn't want to go as it was too late.
I've told him he's going anyway. After all the times I took him to those Asian Cup games after disagreeing with his Mum about what time
we getting home. I think we got home at nearly 11pm one night.

We'll be there.
