Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. We *can* win this.

We actually have players capable of competing - IF they know their roles and don't play with a back 3. New coach could be the difference.
On balance I'm not expecting a win, however.

Can we still scan our membership card to get in or not (I wasn’t at the last game)

Going to be interesting to see how Stajcic sets us up and who makes the squad. With Simon and ONeill not available I could see something like this (running with 4-5-1 as suggest above):

BK
Aspro Graham Rowles Clisby (possibly swap graham and aspro)
Pain Melling Jem Hiariej Mallon
Murray

Subs McGlinchey, Glassock, Nisbet, Kekeris ,whichever backup keeper. Might be some flexibility in the subs depending on the reaction from the players. Millar might be a factor for future games but should be left out playing against a club he'll be at after 6 matches. Who knows where he lands on Hoole and some of the young blokes we saw on the weekend.

@Wombat the Mariners owe you a lot of money. Time to recover. Coaching changes are notorious for first up wins.
