They had sponsors lined up last year that meant it was revenue positive. With the council stuffing up with the change-rooms (promised by last October) the FFA said to wait another year. Have the council delivered the change rooms - last time I heard they had not.
The other question is now it is a year later have we burnt the sponsors thanks to the council.

I spoke to Carly this morning. They are still waiting on the change rooms and have a few other hoops to go through from the FFA. She will talk to Shaun today - who has been understandably busy in the last week or so. She said that he intended to answer the questions raised in this thread - he just hasn't had the time at the moment.
Let's wait for his replies before we storm the council chambers.

To show how totally farked the CC Council are in this :
When I was purchasing tiks at the CCS Tiketek booth for the Socceroo's Qualifier against Syria, Building Company reps were all standing around waiting to be let into the grounds to be shown where and what they were there for ... to put bids/estimates for these new change rooms.
When was that WCQ if Aust v Syria ??
