I don't have a problem with Tom taking Monty's position, much younger and a two year deal and sounds like will be a good replacement but the bullshit about Monty needs to stop. Just say nothing or we hope he's as good as Monty was or something similar

Tbf is a loss either way. Do you think they would've pushed for it if he was still performing the way he did in his first season?
It's a loss one way or another it is just about how big that loss is.
In this case it wasn't perceived to be as big as the potential cost of keeping him on and having him not perform.
