ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I hope this means Vuka goes around again. He is in superlative form at the moment.

It also looks like they are very much thinking ahead in terms of recruitment and retention too

“A fantastic save from Vuka. Again, again. Outstanding,” said Jackson.
“He is fantastic. What a leader for this football club and long may that continue. He is superb to have in the team. He leads by example and when we need him, he produces the goods.”...

“We know we have to rebuild from time to time because players leave us for bigger things, in all due respect to us and the football club. We know we have to rebuild but we’re putting things in place where we can do it successfully.”

I said to him on the fence after Wednesdays game that on current form he looked like he could go for another 5 seasons. His response was "I can't manage another 5 games, let alone 5 seasons. Get these next 4 games over and I'm done". Hope it was just banter because he is in career best form and a genuine leader - he would leave a massive hole

It's been a long hard season for him. With a break and a time to relax maybe he'll think again.
