Will be the middle of AFL finals if that's the case. Football Australia would have to be very reluctant to do that from a commercial perspective.
Would definitely be far better for our domestic Socceroos in the run up to World Cup.
Hopefully football can rule over commerical interests. I think ViacomCBS will have the final say on it though. Maybe they can be swayed by a much more A-League representative Socceroos side?
Makes sense with the big gap for the WC, will be pretty disruptive to the league for the first half of the season. At least it’s not just the A League. Sooo stupid having it in Qatar.

Sash Kuzevski is 100x the right back Millar ever was. Between he, storm, and Aqua, we are solid at RB. Millar can crawl back to NPL, if he’s lucky enough to find a team.

I'd like to see an upgrade next to Hall just for a season. Give Windust another season off the bench and occasional starts.
And depending on how Goddard goes in the pre-season maybe an upgrade over him.

James Bayliss as well, who I think could develop into a useful bench player this season given he can cover RB, DM and probably LB
