If that video doesn’t get you excited to watch him live I don’t know what will. Supreme talent. VERY impressed by Monty, Serg and Ken getting this done.
His stats don't look flash but he is two footed, dribbles well, can hit from distance and looks to have a lot of time when on the ball. Could be a very good signing.

Looks like a Beni style signing, youngish, with talent from a lower league.

VfB & BVB want Sturm jewel Kuol – Newcastle favorite?

Xavi recently described his performance as "incredible" and the big stage beckons him at the World Cup: We're talking about Garang Kuol, who has aroused the interest of Borussia Dortmund and VfB Stuttgart, among others.

Garang Kuol has had an eventful week. On Tuesday, the striker received his first call-up to the Australian national team, a day later he came of age. It could be just as eventful for what is arguably the greatest talent in Australian football as a move to Europe may be imminent.
As reported by Sky Sports, some European clubs are showing interest in the 18-year-old. Among them are Borussia Dortmund and VfB Stuttgart. Possible advantage for the Swabians in transfer poker: Kuol's older brother Alou (21) already plays at VfB.
Another club could be the favorite for Garang's signature. 'BeIN Sports' recently reported that the 18-year-old has already reached an agreement with Newcastle United. According to 'Sky Sports' it's not quite there yet, but Kuol is in talks with the Magpies.

Praise from Xavi

The Storm Jewel is still tied to the Central Coast Mariners through 2024. Kuol scored four times in eight games for the Gosford club in the past A-League season. Kuol also showed his tremendous talent during the summer break when FC Barcelona took on an Australian League all-star selection. Coach Xavi described the 18-year-old's performance against 10 Football after the game as "amazing" .

His stats are fine, 11 goals in 61 games for his on loan 2nd Div Brazilian team.. from midfield. He creates a lot. And the argument can easily be made that Brazilian 2nd Div for the most part is of higher quality than the aleague. And 2nd Div Portugal for the most part edges the aleague in quality.

you’re right, on paper it looks like another beni/moresche style signing except he’s played at a higher level than both of them.

he had a reported 60mill euro release clause when he signed for sporting Lisbon. They had high expectations, it’s not a slight on him that he didn’t break through to the 1st team there. They have massive youth squads and basically 2 first teams. We think it’s rough when some our excellent youth can’t be promoted for lack of squad space…

Pretty sure you’re not allowed to play in the A League if you use both feet. Actually looked better with his left on some of those highlights. Short backlift on his shots.

Another Beni style is a great call

Think this is right... make changes if they are needed...

Keepers

Daniel Vukovic, Marko Bulic, Yaren Sozer.

Backs

Cameron Windust, Daniel Hall, Jacob Farrell, Joshua Hong, Kelechi John Christain, Nectarios Traintis, Strom Roux, Thomas Acquailian

Mids

Atem Jor, Brad Trapp, Harrison Steele, James Baylis, Josh Nisbet, Maksim Kasalovic, M Balard, Sasha Kuzevski.

Forwards

Looks like you got your list from the Mariners web site, including replicating the error of having Jok and Kuzevski as midfielders. I have just noticed that Harry McCarthyyy is not on the squad page. Have we released him?

It has been reported as fact elsewhere that Kaltak aka Vanuatu Guy has signed as injury replacement and Jacob Cresnar has been signed to a scholarship but neither has been listed on the squad page yet, but I think you can add them to your list.

As for you run on team, I am not expecting a switch to 4-3-3
