Mustafa Amini played a full game and recieved a yellow card (83') as AGF Aarhus defeated Viborg FF 1-0 (3-2 on aggregate) to survive in the Alka Superliga (Denmark Tier 1) for another season, the game was played at Ceres Park (Aarhus).

Highlights (Mustafa Amini was involved in the buildup for the goal):

Trent Sainsbury came on, debuted in the 71st minute and recieved a yellow card for 7th placed Inter Milan as they defeated 13th (of 20) placed Udinese at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza (Milan) in Serie A (Italy Tier 1).

Highlights (Can be seen at 2:17 in number 20, 2:51 bottom left at a corner):

Good report on Trent Sainsbury's game by FourFourTwo user johnszasz:
Rewound the match. He came on to cheers and right away won a sideline tackle as the last man on the flank to a loud roar.

72 He got the ball on the right wing and sprinted with it into the box to put a decent square ball only for his teammate to lose it.
74. He blocks well for a corner to more cheers. Initial cheers might've been sarcastic but those standing behind the goal are on their feet realising he's giving it a real go.
76. A curled shot just goes in just past a midfielder and Sainsbury's head and the keeper couldn't reach it.
83. Poorly timed foul sees a yellow.
87 Good clearance in the box with a tricky ball coming in.
91.Good 1on1 close quarter tackle near the goal for a corner.

Not a done deal yet - but apparently close. Apparently his original manager at Valencia is at Wolves in the Championship and he is also chasing him.

Mat Ryan to Premier League

SOCCEROO goalkeeper Mathew Ryan is on the verge of signing for Premier League new boys Brighton and Hove Albion according to UK reports.

Ryan, in Adelaide for the Socceroos game against Saudi Arabia on Thursday night, is fresh off finishing a loan stint with Belgian club Racing Genk from parent club Valencia.

Now, The Daily Mail is reporting Brighton want to make the Aussie their new number one goalkeeper for their first ever season in the Premier League.

Manager Chris Hughton is looking to bolster his squad following automatic promotion from the Championship and The Mail reports the club has entered talks with Valencia over the availability of the 25-year-old former Central Coast Mariners shot stopper.

Ryan made a total of 22 appearances for Genk on loan for Valencia, having struggled for game time at the Spanish club amid a host of managerial changes.

Local Brighton newspaper The Argus is going one step further, reporting the Seagulls are “closing in on the capture of Ryan”, who will be signed in a bid to replace current No.1 David Stockdale.

The Croydon Advertiser reports Stockdale is set to join Crystal Palace having turned down a new contract, with Ryan set to come in and compete with Finnish understudy Niki Maenpaa for game time.

It would serve as a real boost for the Socceroo, who has four years remaining on his contract with Valencia as competition for places in the national team heats up.

Fellow goalkeeper Mitchell Langerak recently guided German club Stuttgart back into the Bundesliga and his form was rewarded with a start against Iraq, at the expense of Ryan.

Are we still getting kickbacks from this or was it only from the original sale to Valencia
Would only be the original sale I guess as we would have sold our rights to them.
Unless we get some sort of training type fee as his first team but I wouldn't expect it
