I've got butterflies and am forcing myself to eat some breakfast. Leaving home at 10.30 and looking forward to seeing lots of yellow and blue on the F3.

I'll be leaving here about 1:30 - I work until 1, then driving down.

people talk about the proud history and success of newcastle football yet they have only won one minor trophy in 1984 - the cup competition
