I tried just the cooler for $20 credit and it wants $12 shipping. I also can't see a way to use my remaining $30 credit to cover the shipping.

I even tried just a GA voucher, still wants $12 shipping.

What a disappointing rip off. Starting to get that sinking feeling about this season. ?

Just a reminder not to go too hard on the employees if you feel the need to complain

Yep there’s a bit of turnover atm, and there is one solitary merchandise person doing literally everything

That Mate internet offer for members that came through on email today is a very very shrewd move. I would switch to be able to bring a mate for free to every home game, unfortunately MATE don't offer my NBN plan. Very clever move though.

Unfortunately the feedback for mate internet doesn’t seem to be amazing. As much as I like to support club sponsors even without this promo it’s hard to justify moving from a decent service I’m happy with to one that’s a risk.

We use Mate for our internet and it’s great. Never had any problem and we live in a rural location. Mobile is on the Telstra network
