ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

It's nice to win, especially when Niz scores but I felt a bit sorry for the Filo's. It's a bit like thrashing an under 12's side, you enjoy it but it feels a bit wrong too. Totally out of their depth.

Bali beat them 5-2 so we should be giving Bali a spanking as well.

I'm really looking forward to that return game at home vs Terrenganu now. Really wreak some major revenge and savage them.

Torres is the goods, he looks a cut above at the moment.

GD does make a difference under a circumstance where we end up at line 5. i.e. same points and same head to head goals as Laguna (meant to say Terrenganu).

Sorry typo i meant Terrenganu not Laguna. If Terrenganu and us win all our games except with each other and we beat them 1-0 at home then it'll be GD from our other games. Least that's how I read it. Probably unlikely scenario though.

It's amazing how we all see the game differently.

My mate and I were sitting on the halfway and all night we talking about how brilliant Nizz was, and how dreadful Torres' crossing was.

Torres did well to get in behind but he's got no right foot. Took his goal well - with his left. Why is he playing on the right?

Enjoyable game

Some thoughts-

We need to sharpen up a fair bit before the ALeague kicks off or we'll get done

The potential in this squad for dynamic, scoring play is high. When we do sharpen up we'll be very competitive and will be fun to watch

Wouldn't mind seeing Kuol and DWH on at the same time at some point

Thrilled we held onto Tulio

Torres looks the goods. Like Tulio/Beni, when he adjusts he'll be a fan favourite. Also liking Doka

I think Paull will do the job and well soon enough

Wilson needs to come on as a sub imo, until he adjusts at least

Games like this give MJ a chance to see the players in action, the tweaks will follow

He’s very similar to Beni in that aspect, he’s obviously stockier and quicker but very left foot dependant, would assume during games him and the opposite winger would swap for periods but I definitely prefer him on the right as he’s more of a goal threat
