Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. Obviously we had issues capitalising but what was the word on the disallowed goal because as far as I can see the defender played us on

I would've been content with a loss if the team played to their potential, as they've shown many times this season.

But they didn't. To not just fail to score but to concede- TWICE- against 10 men in the space of 40 minutes with the home crowd at your advantage is completely unacceptable. That was a garbage, limp, heartless performance. There should've been a CCM penalty awarded early in the second half of ET but whether or not it was given is irrelevant. I swear any other team in this league- and I mean ANY other team- would've capitalised with an extra player advantage and almost an entire half's worth of football to do something with that advantage.

I hope to f**k 2 years from now we're not here reflecting misty eyed on tonight as "the good old days" because the fans deserved so much better than what was dished out tonight.

Goals have been our bain for a long time. A Simon purple patch and Kuol masked it but it became obvious as the season dragged on. If you can partner up Urena with a poacher we could win the league and that’s not being overly dramatic.

the team has done amazingly well to go from spoon to finals but my take is it’s time to progress our attack away from the wizard.
