ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

yeah let's get rid of the bloke putting all the money up, including a wad of cash for McCormack.

You think if he put the club up for sale, there's not a person who'd buy it off him and maybe do a better job than the shit that's been dished up since he took over?

I'm seeing some people wanting Mulvey out- how many times does the club need to change managers before we start thinking maybe the last 4 years aren't all on the manager?

Lads and lassies all I can say is THIS IS PURE DROSS
I've been positive for a long time now , yeah I know , but this is the limit , we can't even seem to find our players from a bloody throw in , no urgency in our play ....blah blah . You all can pick it why can't our owner
I was looking forward to the 23rd but now ...

I was going to say that this was absolute shite, but that flatters us.
I would go back to following the cricket only the male cricketers are just as bad.
I know, I'll watch the women play. They not only play better than us, they're a bloody sight better looking.

Be buggared to him leaving in jan. I want him for another 2 years.

Reminds me of Musti and Okon in the U 20s, Moss and Monty and sainsbury mentioned above.

FFS, Mike one size does not fit all, go and have a talk with Arnie about man management.

Better get it sorted soon, Mulvey is losing points with me at a great rate. Dropping Clisby, does not thrill me either.

FFS I have been defending shit managers and the club for too many years now. Very soon I am about to join the doom and gloom goo feasters. #Mulveyout.

Piss off ......... you will need to apply if you want to share out doom and gloom:soapbox:

How can MM and Monty ask someone like Golec to play at LWB and start Melling over Hiariej? They need to look at themselves in the mirror long and hard, as they made both those decisions.

I am also hearing that the desire to move Tommy on in January is so MM can bring in Berisha, one bloke I never wanted to see in our colours. He’d be better off making Mat Ryan an offer he can’t refuse, as BK hit another new low tonight for the second goal.

Bes, another has been. We've got a few blokes looking that way already.

Why do we do this to ourselves week in week out? It seems once a week the mariners put me in a shit mood before bed. I couldn’t give a shit if we “nearly won” or “played well”. I want to win. I’ve been a member since 2015 and have sponsored the club for since 2016. I have two kids under 2 and travel to two interstate away games a year and it isn’t easy but I love this club. I’ve never seen us play in a finals game. The club owes it not only to me but to all the loyal fans to play their best 11 and win games because it’s getting really draining watching this shit week in week out.

Rant over

I'm genuinely concerned for our club, year after year of spoons. We are a laughing stock, not a single football fan other than our own would have an issue with us being removed from the A league after the shit we have served up the last 4 years.

If he brings in Berisha, I will have to consider my future with the club.
Mariners til I die, but this would be worse than death.

I’m a new member to the forum, although I’ve been reading many posts and learning a lot about football from you all (and perhaps a thing or two about online dispute resolution :)). My young boys play soccer and love the game and thru that, they like I love the club and want to see it succeed.

Tonight was most disappointing for all fans as I genuinely thought we were a chance and a win would lift the team, club and coast. That said, please don’t give up supporting our club with its proud history. Sure, things haven’t clicked on the field yet and may not for some time but I’d rather have a struggling team to support than no team at all.

I think those calling for Mulvey to go are missing the point. Do we really think a new coach mid-season is the answer? Mulvey has a good track record in the A-League, albeit at a different club, and we have some quality off the field at the moment. Stay the course all, things can only get better from here...
