ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

We've drawn second in Group F, with Sanfrecce Hiroshima, FC Seoul and the winner of the 1st playoff (most likely Beijing Guoan).

WSW have drawn first in group H, with Guizhou Renhe, the J-League runner up and Ulsan Hyundai.

If MV win the 2nd playoff, they will be fourth in group G, with Guangzhou Evergrande, the Emperor's Cup winner from Japan and Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors.

Nice... that's FC Seoul who took Evergrande to the wire in the last ACL final.
And Sanfrecce Hiroshima just won the J-League.

If MV do get in, almost worth the trip to Melbourne to see Wilko play!

So we're not withdrawing the acl after all ?

It'll be tough, but I reckon our best chance to get through will be to do well against FC Seoul and the playoff winner (probably Beijing Guoan).

I think we've got the squad to do it, and they finally seem to be coming together. Come February we should be well and truly ready.

On the bright side those big clubs might bring more fans.

Remember we had Evergrande right where we wanted them. Down 1-0. They were ours for the taking for about 20mins. So if we can just get the games reduced to 20mins we will be fine.

Maybe we need to teach the team to Stop, Drop and Roll to chew up some time.

If Victory get through, I'll be living in Melbourne by then,so I'll get a chance to go see Wilko beat some Victory boys. Nice!

Very keen for the comp this year. Sanfrecce Hiroshima will be tough as will FC Seoul (they past winners right?), but we might be able to pull through if we play it right.

An interesting result involving Sanfrecce Hiroshima - in yesterday's Emperor's Cup quarterfinal against Ventforet Kofu (15th in J1, 8-13-13 with a -11 GD vs Sanfrecce's 19-6-9 and +22 GD) they only won 3-2 on penalties after being held to a 1-1 draw at the end of extra time.

They go on to play FC Tokyo (8th in J1, 16-6-12 with +14GD) in the semi-final on Sunday, with the winner taking on the winner of the Yokohama F. Marinos/Sagan Tosu game in the final on the 1st.

here's hoping we do an Adelaide - with the domestic league slowing spinning 'round and 'round on it's way down the drain we slice through the ACL and have a great campaign

You guys have a great deal... we are likely to be charged double what you have to pay for the 3 match pass.
