ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

No offence to Jason - but I find this a strange signing - we are drowning in midfield players. We now have 21 signed for next year, including 11 midfielders. But we still need 1 GK, 2 CBs and a striker.

The only way we can do this is to move some of the youngsters out of the squad size limit and salary cap. Apparently you can add 3 young players without breaking those rules

I hope it is Glen who has signed for us, not Jason...
I am quite sure this is not the whole story - players will be departing; Mossy is playing his own version of Tetris.

Reddy didn't get Perez banned, nor did he rescind his own red card. That was done by the MRP dickheads. As for the first two offences, if Matty & Sully don't appear to hold any grudges, then neither should we.

Pull your head in and suck it up, syd. None of us were happy with the signing at the start of the season but he has been arguably our best and most valuable player this year, a total professional, has been positive and exuberant about enjoying his time at the club and genuinely appreciative of the chance he has gotten to redeem himself.

To find a genuinely better keeper than him would cost a butt load. A Mat Ryan doesn't come along every day. If there is any justice (which there isn't because this is the A-League) then Reddy would get the call up to the All Star game, thats how good he's been.

Trifiro is now our No.2 #10 behind Kim - A head of Caceras who I orignially thought would be a good #10 but now I do not. Caceras is better in the middle of the park

Kalik may be a future no #10 but untested at A league & will have to be quality to get game time off the Hutch, Monty & Caceras rotation & is still very young.

Husegems leaving Phoenix.
I reckon he's worth a look having scored 10 in a poor team, should do better in our quality side.
I like him too but unless someone leaves then we can't fit him in. We may have more players than we can offer contracts too? Not sure I want anyone currently playing leaving us. We have so many players that can score goals I don't think we need him as long as we have stability leading into next season. We have 6 or 7 players at least that should score 5 plus goals a season (Caceres, Matty, Bernie if he stays, Kim, Fitzy, Dukey, Trif)
