ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

well, i cannot link to what was said out of someone's mouth i.e. harper

Mouth? I think you need an Andy Harper Anatomy Lesson. Harper rarely if ever speaks out of his mouth, but rather uses other orifices to project his nonsense from.

What started out as a player is turning into a flood if Wilko does go he could be number 7 in the last month or so.. Adam & Joel, Mullo, North, Travis Dodd, Simon Colsimo, Wilko ... add Jedi & Holland ... Hmmmmmmmm not a good trend have no idea how to stop it but a bit of a worry..

Yeah, found this on the SMH site in an article about Colossimo

While Sydney are reluctant to sell a player who could lead a revival next season, the odds are Colosimo will ultimately get his wish. Since the turn of the year, four players - Jade North (from Newcastle to Incheon United), Sasa Ognenovski (Adelaide to Seongnam Ilhwa), Joel Griffiths (Newcastle to Beijing Guoan) and Mark Milligan (Newcastle to Shanghai Shenhua) - have either completed moves to Asia or are finalising them.

Colosimo could lead the next wave of departures, among them Adam Griffiths (Newcastle to FC Seoul), Melbourne Victory pair Archie Thompson and Roddy Vargas, whose destinations are unknown, and Nikolai Topor-Stanley (Perth) and Alex Wilkinson (Central Coast), who are believed to have been watched by Korean champions Ulsan Hyundai at the weekend.

Despite the exodus, Buckley backed the FFA's salary cap. "We're not surprised by this," he said. "There's an argument it was always likely to occur."

Might have more credibility to it than seems

if wilko does leave, it begs the question of who would take the armband with Jedinak now out of the frame too..

Saves Lawrie from dropping him (which he probably wouldn't).

Odds on Captain Hutch....not my choice just what I think will happen.

How about this one?

There would be players rattling around in the lower leagues of UK/Scotland/Europe who are in a similar position to Bojic IMHO.

They now have a pathway. Come back to the HAL, perform and all of a sudden its big $$$ time in Korea/China.

all well and good but given the current exodus who is going to replace him?

I said that to a certain hairy someone on this level, and they were all "you so have to support this move considering your Wilko stance in the past, otherwise you will be mocked", so here I am.

I don't agree with them however...... I'd gladly sell Wilko and Hutch in an instant, but NOT if there's no ready made replacement.

I put this in rumours thread because I think at this stage it is just that - nothing in concrete from what I've heard (and I have a lot of behind the scenes contact eg. Alex W's agent)
