ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Phil Moss perhaps ?? MC wouldn’t want this after the unfair dismissal case but listening to him talk about the club and the community on the big sports breakfast over the last 2 years does reveal a bond or appreciation of the club. Very defence orientated coach but we could do worse especially with that moron Rudan. Otherwise perhaps see if Tony Walmsley can do a rigorous search of the globe for a suitable gaffa again........
this is like dating your ex.
You dont go back for 2nds, unless you want to get a STD.

Stajcic has already been linked to the Western United coaching job that is up for grabs following the recent sacking of Mark Rudan.
After being controversially sacked by the Matildas, Stajcic took charge of the Mariners in March 2019 following the departure of ex-Brisbane Roar coach Mike Mulvey.
He has turned the club‘s fortunes around, with Mariners going from wooden spooners in 2018, 2019 and 2020 to a third-placed finish on the A-League ladder this season after leading the ladder for several weeks.

Stajcic‘s assistant coach at the Mariners, Nahuel Arrarte, is also set to leave the Gosford-based club.
The future of Socceroos defender Ruon Tongyik, who revitalised his playing career under Stajcic, could also be clouded at the Mariners due to the coach’s departure.

I'll listen to the pod first in case there is any chat about this there with Ken but what are realistic options or rumours for this?
Monty, Hutch, Cahn seem to be the frontrunners based on discussion here. Others?

McKinna is obviously not an actual option

At least if Staj goes to WU he`ll have more time in the car with Nahuel to chat over the training
