ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

ADELAIDE UNITED TO GIVE SUPPORTERS A VOICE
For the first time in the club’s history, Adelaide United FC will offer members voting rights on the future direction of the club.

Going on sale from 9am today, Adelaide United’s new membership scheme will be a separate category to that of a season ticket holder and will give supporters the right to vote on the composition of an Adelaide United Football Club Committee, ultimately giving them a voice and a sense of ownership of the club.

Up to three of the Reds’ 2011/12 financial members will be elected to the Club’s Management Committee, which reports to the Board.

“Membership is the foundation on which all sporting clubs around the world are built. It is a matter of passion, of choice and being valued,” Adelaide United Chairman Greg Griffin said.

“Strong membership provides long term financial stability for sporting organisations and will give us the ability to re-invest in both the club’s senior and youth football departments, provide an exciting and safe game day experience and foster strong commercial partnerships.”

“We want all South Australians and our fans interstate and abroad to join us on our journey of continuing to be at the forefront of football success, development and entertainment in Australia.”

Voting rights is the first among a host of exclusive benefits Adelaide United members will receive, including free entry (1 x general admission ticket) to the club’s two trial games at Hindmarsh Stadium, against Gold Coast United on September 9 and Melbourne Victory on Friday, September 23.

Furthermore, the club also has a special Out-of-Reach membership option for the large number of Reds supporters based outside of Adelaide and around the country, ensuring these fans are definitely not out of reach.

Adelaide United’s opening game of the Hyundai A-League 2011/12 Season is against Perth Glory on Sunday 9 October 2011 at nib Stadium in Perth.
