Well why not a medical thread

Ok here is my delemer .
I had an orthoroscopy for a miniscus
Tear . i've been hitting the gym .
My bp is 120/75 . i cycle over half an hour .
I can basically tear a car door off.

but whenever i try to walk my knee swells
Up . which requires antii inflamitories to get under control

Any thoughts ?

How long since orthroscope?

Dr Google says avoid long walks until 6 weeks as takes time to get back to the fluid moving through.

Otherwise talk to who ever did the work

I tore my miniscus and was booked in for surgery at North Gosso.
Took family for holiday to Thailand for 3 weeks. I got the knee massaged and stretched every single day, sometimes twice in one day.
When i came back no surgery and played the rest of the season pain free.
So maybe try physio and massage.

it's gotta be a thought . my knee feels ok it's the muscle around it , I think , that flare up ..

There is also a Myofascial expert in Tamworth called Terry Dennis. He is also a faith healer or energy channeler. This guy reckons he can fix a broken leg? He works on all the Rodeo riders in the bush.
He did fix my ankle once, when i used to pull up lame after jogging 100yards. He treated me for 3 hours but only charged me for 1hr.
I jogged 5k the next day.
I was about 35 at the time and finished up playing another 12 seasons.

Above and on inside of the knee.

i stick to cycling and go to wombats mp
