ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I couldn't help but notice you said "special guestS"....

Does this mean we should expect some special guests besides Lawrie? ;)

Some of you may know my son Matt referred to as Ursus Minor by Auburn Mariner. Matt is the one with the long dreadlocks (not like Auburn).  ;D Others of you may know him as the drummer of the well known Sydney band "blacklights".

After no haircuts for at least 4 years, next week the dreads are finally being cut off as part of the "Worlds Greatest Shave" to raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation. Look up their website (sorry I am having difficulty loading the link) and check out Matt Nurthen of Thornleigh.

All those who are coming to the end of season celebration be prepared to be accosted for a sponsorship.
Please be generous to a good cause.
Fish has already committed to a verbal contract. ;)

Thank you all.

Just got back from the function and I just wanted to say thanks to everyone concerned with organising such a great event.

Lawrie proved (again) what a great man he is, sitting and talking to the audience for about an hour and being v candid. He is a really funny guy and there is a 1 man show in there somewhere.

PT talking about the Sheff Utd deal was good and it is a v exciting development.

Also, the DVD is probably worth the cost of joining on its own.

Charles, a big thank you for everything you do for the Marinators.

Finally, for those if you who want the goss.............you really had to be there :)

Yes, a big well done to all who organised and ran the night.

Terrific to have Lawrie telling it all ... and then more!
(Even my wife Joy, who made a rare appearance, had a laugh).

Marconi_girl caught Fish about to rip some flares!

Very pleased to hear Peter Turnbull outlining the world-wide arrangements through Sheffield - great that it included two way player experiences and coaching staff.
:headbounce:

Thanks to the Marinators Club excecutive committee - and don't forget AGM on Wed 26 March
:grouphug:

Charles, good to see you enjoying a more relaxed evening ... thanks for your huge help too!

Cheers to the Marinators Club for organising this event. Was an interesting night and got a lot of insight into how the club and the team was run.

Thanks to AM, Fish, Jeff, DJ, Mick, Gen, Brett, Charles and the club as a whole for organising it

Thanks to Lawrie, PT and Browny for turning up and giving us this insight into the club
