Ticketek will f**k up constantly and then charge you a $6 service and handling fee for the privilege. Absolute shit organisation. The APL of ticketing.

Correct - this likely just means Ticketek haven't activated the codes from the clubs.

The other possibility is that due to the 10 tickets per code, that there are a large amount of tickets held per user session, and their system is rejecting people to save on pre-allocation or some such.

Almost certainly the first one, though.

In general the code can be used once to buy up to the max allocation. Never heard of anyone successfully using a code more than once but I guess I also don't recall anyone rolling the dice to see if it does work.
