SECOND TRAINING:

For those who have registered their interest and did not turn up for training last week, please try and make it as last week saw the majority of the squad show up and train well and we had a ball!
Training will be at the leagues club park at 10am on SUNDAY, running for two hours.

cant make it perm. on a holiday. but like i said earlier in the thread, i pretty much train every day at the moment.

also, i realised that i might have left my ball at training on sunday. does any one have it? its a red and white nike ball. i think its one of those total 90 ones. if so, just bring it to training on the 20th (i wont be at the next one).
