Beijing Guo'an sign Croatian Midfielder Darko Matić from Tianjin Teda

Liaoning Hongyun player Wang Xinxin joins Tianjin Teda

former Shanghai Shenhua & Guangzhou Yiyao player Luis Alfredo Ramrez joins J-League club Nagoya Grampus

the new season starts from March 21 and CSL committe will publish new schedule soon!

Nike sign ten years' contract with CSL Business company as main kit sponsor, the sponsor price add to 200m USD for ten years, that is 20m a year, but actually the 2009 season CSL will only recieve 15m as Beijing Guo'an & Dalian Shide will wear Adidas, Tianjin Teda & Shaanxi Chanba will wear Mizuno, as their contract with those companies are not finished yet. form 2010 all CSl clubs will wear Nike.

as for TV braodcast, there will be 14 channels of 8 TV companies show CSL matchs, includs the back of CCTV, they are:

Domestic
CCTV, includs CCTV5 (Sports Channel) and CCTV-football,
SMEG Group, includs Dragon TV and Shanghai Sports.
CSPN Company, includs Liaoning Sports, Shandong Sports,Hubei Sports, Xinjiang Sports,Jiangxi Sports & Neimeng Sports.
BTV, BTV 6
GDTV, Guangdong Sports

Overseas
HK Cable TV - to Hongkong
StarSports - to Southeast Asia

most of the channels can be found on P2P softwires so cheers for those who follow CSL through internet.

last season CCTV paid 6m CNY for CSL Braodcast, that is about 1m USD at that time. and the SMEG price is about 14m CNY a year I think.

today Beijing Guo'an club announced that By Sunday afternoon, 7,800 season tickets had been sold. (includs 6,000 General ticket holders and 1,800 fans group members.)

the club officer is glad with the sell so far and they hope the number could reach 10,000 so they've decided to prepare another 2,000 season tickets in addition.
