How often do you ever see a team down to 10men being put to the sword though?

I almost never see a team know how to take advantage - and it's countered because the team that's lost a player, all their players tend to lift anyway.

I can't decide if our normal approach of compressing in defence exacerbates or minimises the impact of losing a player
