That was harsh on our girls, third game in a week and we were clearly the better side but to lose to a clearly offside goal is a real kick in the guts. We deserved at least a point from that game.
Is it just me or has Wurgumila gone totally off the boil in recent weeks? She clearly bottled that chance early in the first half and drifted in and out of the game all night.
On a positive there was lots of good play from our girls and I thought Badawiya and Wardlow had their best games yet for us this evening.
Hopefully they can bounce back to winning ways in the next game.

Congratulations to the women. Cop a clear offside goal and a few went to whinge at the ref and I think it was Bryson told the girls to back off it’s not her call and no VAR. just accept the decision and they do. So hard to do under the pressure and heat. Was great too see. I couldn’t do it but it’s the right way to behave
WSW has some pace and caused us more issues than other teams have.
Galic tired late and cost us some build up opportunities.
Gomez is exceptional. She really is Niz like.
We had a couple of good long range shots but their keeper was well positioned.
Good game and am really enjoying watching this team. Feel like Monty team last year and if they can click at the front (Simon we could really use you) they are a real chance.

Hard loss given for most of it we played well. Agree the extra game mid week took its toll and to conceed from an offside and deflection is cruel. Gomez is the real deal. Wardlow played well and I understand she was unwell all day but played anyway. I thought the subs were curious. Agree with Ozhammer re Wurgumila. I would have subbed her instead of Trimis. We lost s lot of pressing pressure and pace when Trimis went off.
I know right, surprised she has not been utilized more.
